Affiliate Disclosure

CanningLab is reader-supported. Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and buy something, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

As an Amazon Associate, CanningLab earns from qualifying purchases.

Affiliate links are marked as sponsored in the page code and usually appear as product cards or “Check price on Amazon” buttons. Commissions help pay for running the site.

Earning a commission doesn't change what the safety sources say. Processing methods and times on this site come from USDA and the National Center for Home Food Preservation, and product details come from maker specs and listings. See our editorial policy.
